Unbiased Critic: The Shark Steam Mop

New at this.. don't have any editing skills, but here's my opion of the Shark Steam Mop.. People comment saying it's biased. How so?? Simply bought it with no pre-conceived opinion. Buy it or don't... just giving my take...
